Leo Vegas closing Swiss market
Bad news for players from Switzerland. Leo Vegas is closing their doors for Swiss players.
As of Wednesday June 19th players from Switzerland are no longer able to sign up at Leo Vegas.
As of Friday June 28th Swiss players are no longer able to make any deposits and from Sunday June 30th all games will also become unavailable.
Then all accounts with a zero balance will be closed on Monday July 1st. After August 31st any remaining funds in Swiss players accounts will be send to the Malta Gaming Authority and a permanent IP block for Switzerland will become active.
That’s a lot of information. Just make sure that if you have an account at Leo Vegas and are from Switzerland that you check that you don’t have any remaining balance left. And if you do, withdrawal this balance before August 31st. But I would suggest doing it as soon as possible, so you are sure you will receive your balance.
It’s a pity that more and more online casinos are closing down specific markets. It all has to do with regulations and licenses.
If you are from Switzerland and are looking for a good online casino, I suggest giving Casumo a try. This is also a great online casino with a good amount of games and regular, fun promotions.
They are happy to have you as a player!
