Butterfly Staxx Overview

Butterfly Staxx uses 40 lines for the cost of 20 and uses a flowers and butterfly theme. Wild and scatter symbols appear on all reels and butterfly symbols can appear stacked on all reels.

The game is very colorful but might not be for all players, because the theme is pretty feminine.

I personally am not a big fan of Butterfly Staxx. I think the re-spin feature is just a gimmick that doesn’t pay very well often and the free spins feature seems to be hard to get and also doesn’t seem to pay high very often.

But there are a lot of players that do like this game and did have luck. I always say, judge for yourself, this is just my personal experience.

Re-spin feature

When a fully stacked reel of butterflies appears on reel 1, all other butterflies on the reels will fly to the front reels to fill up the reels from left to right. After this you will be awarded with a free re-spin. As long as new butterfly symbols appear, they will fill up the reels from the left and you will be awarded with another re-spin, until no more new butterflies appear.

Theoretically you can get a full screen of butterflies.

Free spins bonus

If you get 3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols you will be awarded with 5, 6 or 7 Butterfly Spins respectively.

During the free spins feature only cocoon symbols appear. These symbols can be dormant or active, active symbols are lighted up.

All active cocoons that land will become butterflies and will fly to the left of the reels, filling up the screen, the same as the re-spin feature. But you are awarded with your prize after each free spin.

You can’t win more free spins during this feature.
