Happy and Lucky 2022

Let me start by wishing you a very happy, healthy and lucky 2022.

Of course 2021 was, again after 2020, a difficult year for many people for all the obvious reasons. But it was also a pretty good year in online gambling, especially for online slot game releases.

As each year, NetEnt released some nice new slot games in 2021. But also providers like Big Time Gaming, Pragmatic Play and other providers had a great year. Play’n Go pumped out a lot of new games which were pretty much all great titles.

I think it was a year were we’ve seen even more Megaways slot games. I mean every provider has one these days. But also the year where “Book of” titles have become more and more popular. And personally, a bit overused.

I will be listing my favorite slot game releases of 2021 below and add some additional information why I picked the game. You can click on the name of the game to see my original post.

1. Money Train 2 – The sequel from Relax Gaming with a huge maximum win of 50.000 times bet. The bonus re-spins are very exciting because of several special symbols.
2. Gold Megaways – Megaways version to celebrate the original release from Big Time Gaming. Great slot game with a huge amount of ways possible.
3. ZZ Top Roadside Riches – A Play’n Go release with a branded theme. Great double free spins features that can award some big wins with special wild symbols.
4. 5 Lions Megaways – Megaways version of original game from Pragmatic Play. My favorite Pragmatic Play game, 5 Lions, but now added megaways for even bigger wins. And no I did not add it to number 5 ;-).
5. Starburst XXXtreme – Another sequel or upgraded version of an original game. Starburst by NetEnt. But now with multipliers and the possibility to buy the bonus.
6. Coils of Cash – A Play’n Go release with increasing multipliers during free spins which can really pay out great.
7. Temujin Treasure – This is a land-based slot game which was released online by Pragmatic Play. Just a personal favorite for no real special reason other that I love the free spins feature.
8. Jammin’ Jars 2 – A sequel of the original but with added symbols worth cash. A solid sequel, which can be difficult sometimes.
9. Wild Flower – A Megaways slot game by Big Time Gaming. With two different free spins features that can also be won upgraded for even bigger rewards.
10. Reef Raider – A fun grid slot game from NetEnt. The fun is the collecting of symbols to trigger all sorts of bonuses and even free spins.

I could add even more amazing slot games, because for me, it was a very good year. But the above games are my favorites of the year for sure.
