The game is played on a grid that’s 8×8 symbols big. Each combination of 5 or more of the same symbols horizontally or vertically adjacent will pay. Symbols are fruit, coins and the all so known wild jars.
Cascades
Jammin’ Jars 2 uses a cascade feature meaning that all winning combinations are removed and new symbols fall into the empty spots.
Multiplier wilds
Each time one or more wild jar symbols are used in a winning combination their multiplier will go up by x1 and the symbol will jump 1 spot. With no limit. They also multiply each other for huge wins. The multipliers will reset when no new winning combination appears.
Free Spins Feature
Getting 3 or more wild symbols will award 6 free spins.
During free spins the multipliers don’t reset between spins.
You can’t win more free spins during this feature.
Giga Jar DJ
On the left of the game you will find a golden jar. During any spin golden record symbols might appear to fill the meter on the left. This meter has 5 levels and when you have reached the fifth level you might trigger the Giga Jar Feature.
When a golden record appears after you reached level 5 you might randomly trigger this bonus.
All symbols are removed from the grid and 3 or 4 wild jar symbols are added to the reels. Also a 2×2, 3×3 or 4×4 Giga Jar symbol is added to the reels.
After this you will get 8 free spins.
During free spins all coin symbols will stay on the reels and the wild jar symbols will behave the same as normal.
Verdict
I’m not surprised they decides to create a sequel. Jammin’ Jars was very popular and has huge win potential. Jammin’ Jars 2 is the same.
It is still very recognizable, but does come with some nice new features.
They did a great job and I am sure this second edition will also please many hardcore slot players.
