Magic Money Maze Overview
Pragmatic Play has just released a new online slot game with Reel Kingdom. The game is called Magic Money Maze.
This new slot uses 5 reels that are each 3 symbols high and uses 10 lines.
This game comes with a money theme. Showing different presidents, which are present on dollar bills, together with standard card symbols and special money symbols.
There are also scatter symbols on every reel, which show the word Magic Money Maze. Wild symbols don’t appear.
Magic Money Maze comes with a maximum payout of 10.000 times your bet.

The special money symbols will each have a random amount on them between 0,1 and 1.000 times your bet.
If you manage to get 3 or 4 of these symbols on an active payline, they will pay 3 and 15 times your bet. But if you manage to get a 5-of-a-kind, you are awarded with the total values on all the symbols combined.
These special money symbols can also be awarded during the Magic Money Maze Bonus.
Magic Money Maze Bonus
If you manage to get 3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols you will be awarded with the Board Bonus with 1, 2 or 4 lives respectively.
This bonus is played on a game board with with all sorts of spots. A dice will roll a number and you will move over this board. You can land on blank spots that’s don’t do anything, or one of the following:
- Cash values – Random reward of between 0.1 and 1.000 times your bet
- Arrows – Moving closer to the center spot
- Heart – Add 1 life
- Snake – Remove 1 life
- Scorpion – Remove 1 life
- Presidents – collect 2, 3 or 4 different presidents will add a multiplier of x2, x3 and x10 to the total win of a round
If you manage to reach the middle spot of the board a general multiplier is increased. Going from x2, x3, x4, x5 and finally x10. This multiplier will be added to the total win during the entire bonus game.
The bonus ends when you run out of lives.
Verdict
Magic Money Maze uses a theme that has been done more often. Using the famous presidents that appear on dollar bills. But I haven’t seen them a lot online, more in land-based casinos.
I personally am not that big of a fan of this theme, it just doesn’t really appeal to me. But it’s also not a reason to skip a slot.
And I will not skip this game. Because I think it’s a lot fun, because of that bonus game.
The base game is nothing special and to be honest those money symbols, which only become active with a 5-of-a-kind, are a bit strange.
But the bonus game is a lot of fun. Again, not new, there are more of these board bonuses, but they did a great job with this one. Adding all sorts of multipliers can really award some huge wins. Especially if you know that maximum payout is 10.000 times your bet, which is pretty huge.
