Fang City – Overview
The last game Push Gaming released was Henry the Ape and now they switched from an ape to wolves for their latest title, Fang City.
This cartoon style slot game revolves around wolves roaming around a city like gang members. Which makes for a unique, good looking theme.
The game uses 6 reels that are each 5 symbols high and comes with scatter pays. 7 or more of the same symbols, anywhere on the reels, count as a winning combination. Then the game also uses a cascading symbols mechanism. So winning combinations are removed from the reels, all remaining symbols fall down and new symbols fall on top, creating another option for another win.
Besides low paying claw symbols and medium paying weapon symbols, you will also find high paying wolves in different colored clothing. Then there are scatter symbols which can appear on all reels. And lastly there are multiplier symbols and moon symbols, which also appear on all reels. The game doesn’t have a wild symbol.
Fang City comes with a pretty big maximum payout of 10.000 times your bet and is a medium volatile slot game.

Multiplier symbols
Multiplier symbols can land during base spins and free spins. And after winning combinations have been removed from the reels, if no more wins occur, all multiplier symbols are collected and the total win is multiplied. Multiplier symbols can have a value of between x2 and x100.
Moon Symbols
Moon symbols can come with a value of between x1 and x10.000 or they can have a question mark on them, which are mystery moons. When 7 or more of these moons appear, all values are instantly collected and paid.
If there is a mystery moon, this moon will reveal one of the following bonuses:
- Converter – chances all instances of one random normal paying symbol into moon symbols
- Collector – collects all values of all other moons and re-spins them all for new moons
- Moon Multiplier – multiplies the values of all moon symbols by between x2 and x100, then the multiplier symbol spins again to reveal a new moon
- High Value Moon – comes with a value of at least 10x
- Max Win – will instantly award the maximum win of 10.000 times bet
Free Spins Feature
3, 4, 5 and 6 scatter symbols will award 8 free spins with a starting multiplier of x1, x2, x5 and x10 respectively.
When new multiplier symbols appear together with a winning combination, they are added to the starting multiplier.
The multiplier doesn’t reset between spins and can only go up.
The multiplier is only applied when there is a new multiplier symbol with a winning combination.
2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 scatter symbols during free spins will add 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 extra free spins respectively.
Bonus Buy
For 50 times bet you are able to buy 3 scatter symbols. For 150 times bet you will receive between 3 and 6 scatter symbols and for 500 times bet you will receive 6 scatter symbols. All options trigger free spins.
Verdict
Push Gaming created another great new slot game with Fang City.
The theme is very nicely done and works very well with the game and all mechanisms.
And both the base game and the free spins feature offers enough added bonuses to keep it interesting.
Overall it’s a very solid new title that is definitely worth a try.
