Back in 2020 Relax Gaming released Iron Bank. A game that was an instant hit and came with a lot of cool features. Now five years later they have released a sequel with the simple name, Iron Bank 2.
A lot has remained the same, the anthropomorphic animals, the, what looks like a, Cuban background and the colorful theme. 4096 ways, bonus buys and several different features. But they have also updated the game, gave it some customization during base spins for instance.
The game uses 6 reels that are each 4 symbols high and comes with 4096 ways instead of paylines.
Besides low paying card symbols and medium to high paying animals and luxury items, you will also find wild symbols on all reels. Scatter symbols also appear on each reel.
Iron Bank 2 comes with a huge maximum payout of 50.000 times your bet and is a highly volatile slot game.
Features
Base game options
During base spins you are able to pick between 2 features to activate. Random Mystery Symbols will at random add up to 13 mystery symbols to the reels. All mystery symbols will change into one and the same normal paying symbol. Or the Random Wilds, which will add up to four wild reels on reels 2, 3, 4 and/or 5 with a random multiplier of between x2 and x10. If more than one is used in a winning combination, they multiply each other.
Free Spins Features
3 scatter symbols will award free spins. You get to pick between three different features. 4 scatters will award Super free spins and 5 scatters will award Ultra free spins. 6 scatters will also award Ultra free spins but with an added bonus of 2000x bet.

Mystery Symbol
You are awarded with 6 free spins and one random normal paying symbol is picked to become a sticky mystery symbol. If this symbol lands on reels 2 to 6, they become sticky and act as a mystery symbol. Revealing one and the same symbol after each spin. Super free spins will add an extra row of symbols and Ultra free spins will add 2 extra rows of symbols, increasing the number of ways basicly.
When 6 sticky symbols landed you will receive 2 extra free spins, after that each 4 new sticky mystery symbols will add 2 more free spins.
Expanding Wilds
You are awarded 6 free spins. During free spins any wild symbol landing on reels 3 and or 4 will expand to cover the entire reel and will award a free re-spin which will continue until no new winning combination lands. Each time a win is formed with an expanding wild, the multiplier on that reel will go up by x1. Which only applies to expanded wilds on those reels. These multipliers don’t reset between spins. Super free spins will pull wilds that land on reels 2 and 5 onto reels 3 and 4 and starts with a x3 multiplier on both reels. Ultra free spins will pull all wilds from all reels onto reels 3 and 4 and starts with a x6 multiplier on both reels.
Multiplier Collect
You are awarded with 7 free spins. During free spins crates with coconuts can land on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5 which have between 1 and 4 coconuts in them. These coconuts are added to the crates above the reels. Each time a crate has 3 coconuts, you are awarded with 1 extra free spins and a +1 multiplier. The multiplier applies to any wild symbol landing on that reel. Wild multipliers multiply each other if more than one appears in a win. Super free spins will guarantee a walking wild on the first spin which will move between reels 2, 3 and 4. Ultra free spins guarantees two walking expanding wilds on the first spin.

Verdict
Iron Bank was a very solid title and Iron Bank 2 doesn’t disappoint as a sequel. They kept everything players loved about the original, but boosted it with those super and ultra free spins. Which are very cool.
I just played some of the standard free spins features and already had some huge wins. So I can’t imagine what those other, upgraded features can do.
And because there are so many features and bonuses, the game doesn’t get boring. You keep wanting more somehow.
Overall Iron Bank 2 is an amazing game, just as the original was. And I highly recommend giving this one a try.
