Jewel Rush Overview
Besides Play’n Go there’s another big provider that loves games with grids, cluster pays and tumbles and that’s Pragmatic Play.
And they have released another one of these titles now called Jewel Rush. Which does have similarities with their other title Sugar Rush.
This game uses a pretty nondescript theme of different colored jewels and gems. But all very colorful.
You will find a grid of 7 by 7 symbols and any combination of 5 or more of the same symbols in a cluster, count as a winning combination. Symbols in a cluster need to be connected vertically and/or horizontally.
There are no wild symbols on this game, but there are scatter symbols, which are big diamonds.
Jewel Rush also comes with tumbles. Meaning that winning combinations are removed from the grid and all symbols fall down, new symbols then fall on top creating the option for another win.
Jewel Rush comes with a maximum payout of 5.000 times your bet and is a high volatile slot game.

Random Multipliers
During any base spin or tumbles, symbols can come with a x2 multiplier. All multipliers within a winning cluster are multiplied together. This can give a maximum multiplier of x256.
Free Spins Feature
3 or more scatter symbols will award 10 free spins.
During free spins winning symbols can now come with multipliers of x2 or x4. And it works the same as above. But the maximum multiplier remains x256.
Multipliers do however appear much more often during free spins.
3, 4, 5, 6 or 7 scatter symbols during free spins will add 10, 11, 12, 13 and 14 free spins respectively.
Verdict
If you are familiar with Pragmatic Play, you will know that Jewel Rush is nothing new. They have released many slots that use this type of feature. Games like Sugar Rush, Fruit Party 1 and 2, but also games like Wild Beach Party, uses somewhat of the same feature. Multipliers on a grid that multiply each other.
But Pragmatic Play manages to make all these games a lot of fun, good looking and exciting to play. And Jewel Rush is no different.
It might not be a revolutionary new slot game, it might even be somewhat of a clone from earlier titles, but it does the job!
