Boo Overview
We are one month away from Halloween and it seems Big Time Gaming is the first provider to release a game that perfectly fits this holiday, Boo. Boo is in fact a clone, or copy of an earlier title called Pop, but I have never reviewed that game.
Boo comes with pretty cute, colorful ghosts and reels set against a dark graveyard with a lot of jack-o-lanterns.
The game uses 4 reels that are each 4 symbols high and comes with 256 ways. So symbols pay left to right, starting on reel one, no matter where on the reels.
You will find standard card symbols as well as 4 differently colored ghosts. The there is a special rainbow ghost that counts as wild symbol and can appear on reels 2, 3 and 4. Lastly a bright pumpkin can appear on all reels and counts as the scatter symbol.
Boo comes with a huge maximum payout of 47.050 times your bet and is a high volatile slot game.

All low paying card symbols appear on stone tables. And spots that don’t have a stone tablet will only show ghosts and scatters. Winning combinations are removed from the reels and if those are card symbols, the tablets break, making room for more ghosts. New symbols then slide into the empty spots to create the option for another win. The process keeps repeating until no new winning combinations appear.
Wild symbols
Wild ghost symbols only appear on reels 2, 3 and 4. And count for any normal paying symbol. In the base game a wild symbol can also have a random multiplier of x2, x3 or x4.
Free Spins Feature
3 or more scatter symbols will award 12 free spins.
Before free spins start, one or more spots where the scatters appeared will receive a multiplier of x2, x3 or x4. These multipliers will stay on those spots during all free spins.
Each time you get a winning combination with ghosts, on the first spin, not during reactions, a random multiplier is also added to an empty spot, or if a multiplier already appears, it is increased by x2, x3 or x4.
The multipliers only apply to winning combinations with ghost symbols.
3 or more scatter symbols during free spins will add 3 extra free spins and will also increase a random multiplier on the reels by x1, x2 or x3.
Bonus Buy
You have the option to buy 12 free spins for 90 times your bet, or 24 free spins for 500 times your bet.
Verdict
The game is the same as their Pop slot game, but that one used a fairground theme. Now they went for a spooky Halloween theme, which I do enjoy a little bit better.
Overall Boo is a very unique slot game with unique features. Especially during free spins this game can really go wild and award huge wins when you manage to collect a lot of those multipliers.
No wonder the maximum win is over 40.000 time bet.
