Here’s a new online slot game by Realtime Gaming called Seahorse Surge.
Of course, as the name suggests, the theme revolves around a seahorse and a lot of underwater sea creatures.
The game uses 6 reels that are each 4 symbols high and comes with 30 lines.
There are low paying card symbols and high paying underwater creature symbols, which can appear stacked on all reels. Then there are wilds, which can also appear on all reels, but aren’t stacked. And lastly scatter symbols, also able to land on every reel.
Seahorse Surge comes with a nice maximum payout of 5.000 times your bet and is a medium volatile slot game.
Features
Cascade Feature
During the Base Game, when one or more Wild symbols appear on the reels and no win occurs, the Cascade feature may activate, and all low paying symbols will be removed. The remaining symbols then fall to the bottom of the reels and new symbols (high, scatters and wilds only) fall down to fill the empty positions.
Free Spins Feature
3, 4, 5 or 6 scatter symbols will award 8, 10, 15 and 20 free spins respectively.
During each spin a random reel might become wild and receive a random multiplier of between x1 and x5. If no winning combination appears, you will receive a re-spin where the wild symbol will increase by x1, up to a maximum of x5. Until you get a winning combination.
You can’t win extra free spins during the feature.
Verdict
To be honest, Seahorse Surge isn’t the most exciting slot game out there. It’s a bit of a basic slot.
But I know there are a lot of players out there that enjoy these more basic, more simple games. I personally can also enjoy them a lot. And am not always looking for a game with tons of features, that is extremely volatile and you never seem to win anything.
Seahorse Surge bring you a more classic, medium volatile game that can still pay some great wins.
