I saw this new Pragmatic Play slot game, Bee Keeper and instantly recognized the main character. Isn’t that the same guy as on all the Big Bass slot games? Well yes it is. So is this another Big Bass game? Yes it is. But the guy went from fishing to bee keeping now.
The reels are set up like a honeycomb and besides the recognizable guy, you will now also find a bee with a pilot outfit next to the reels.
Bee Keeper uses 5 reels which are each 3 symbols high and comes with 10 paylines.
You will find normal low paying card symbols and different fruits, honey and flower symbols. There are also honey jars for money symbols, which normally are fish and come with a value of between x2 and x2000 times bet. Scatter symbols can appear on all reels and wild symbols only appear during the free spins feature.
Bee Keeper has a maximum payout of 2.100 times your bet. Which is on the low side. It’s a high volatile slot game.

3, 4 and 5 scatter symbols will award 10, 15 and 20 free spins respectively.
During free spins, when one or more wild symbols appear together with one or more honey jars, this wild will collect all values on all honey jar symbols.
The wild symbols are also collected in meters at the bottom of the reels. Each time you collect 4 of them you will trigger 10, 10 and finally 20 extra free spins with a multiplier of x2, x3 and finally x20. Current rounds are finished before new free spins start. After reaching the final multiplier you can’t win any more free spins.
When a single wild symbol appears during free spins, but no honey jars random jars might be added. Scatter symbols don’t appear during free spins.

Some casinos will offer the option to buy the free spins feature for 100 times your bet. This will award 3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols.
Verdict
What can I say about this game? It’s Big Bass Bonanza, with a bee keeper skin. That’s it.
Almost everything’s the same, even the maximum payout of the original version. The only difference is the fact that the last extra free spins are 20 instead of 10 with a x20 multiplier instead of x10. But with a low maximum payout of 2.100 times bet, does it really matter?
I think the theme is cute. But it’s really nothing new. It’s just a way to release another Big Bass slot game without being too obviously a Big Bass slot game.
