They have kept all the original symbols and theme that players like. So the game is instantly regocnizable.
The game uses 5 reels that are each 3 symbols high and comes with 20 lines.
Besides low paying card symbols you will also find medium and high paying luxury items. Then there are also wild symbols, both a male and female pig, that can land on all reels. And lastly a piglet symbol, that can appear on reel 3.

Features
Walking Wild Re-spins
When one or more wild symbols appear on the reels, it will trigger the Walking Wild Re-spins.
The wild symbol will move to the left or the right after each re-spin. And the feature ends when it walks of the reels.
Each time a wild is used in a winning combination, the multiplier on the wild will go up by x1.
The male pig moves to the right, the female pig moves to the left.
Colliding Wild
If there is both a male and female pig on the reels and they meet, or collide, they will transform into a colossal wild symbol and the multipliers are added together.
This colossal wild will randomly move to the left, or the right after each re-spin until it leaves the reels.
The wild symbol will be 3×3 symbols big when the pigs meet on the middle row and 3×2 symbols big when they meet anywhere else.
Free Spins Feature
When the special Piglet symbol lands on reel 3 in the base game, it will trigger 10 free spins.
Free spins are played on reels that are 5×5 symbols big and only blank spots, coins, jackpots, multipliers, extra free spins, pearls, level up and mystery wheel symbols appear.
When free spins start a frame of 2×2 symbols is placed over the left bottom symbols. Any symbols landing in this frame are collected.
When a pearl symbol lands anywhere that is not within the frame, the frame will move to that new spot and collect everything within the frame. Pearls are then also collected into a meter and when you have collected 5, 9 and 12 of them in total, the frame will grow from 2×2, t0 3×3, 4×4 and finally 5×5 big. It will also add 2, 3 and 4 extra free spins respectively.
You can also collect an 3 extra free spins symbol or a x1 multiplier, which counts towards all coins collected. The multiplier can go to a maximum of x10.
Coin symbols come with values of between 2,5 and 50 times bet. Jackpot can be 1.000, 2.000 and 5.000 times bet.
The mystery wheel can award an extra multiplier, extra free spins, a level up or coins.

Verdict
The second release of Piggy Riches, the Megaways version, was from Red Tiger Gaming. But now it’s NetEnt again and the game feels a lot more like a NetEnt slot now.
The theme is very well done and works extremely well, even if it hardly changed in 15 years.
During base spins, the game keeps going because of those walking wilds and collisions. Which can award some great wins. And then we have the free spins. Of course a bit of a twist on the popular Hold & Spin bonuses we see these days, but with enough changes and added features to make it feel fresh.
