A game that revolves around Death. And I’m talking about the character Death. The one with a scythe in his hand that comes to collect souls.
Death Dominion comes with a dark theme where the reels are set against a graveyard. And Death himself is standing next to the reels.
The game uses 6 reels which are each 5 symbols high and comes with a scatter pays mechanism. 8 or 9 of the same symbols, anywhere on screen, count as a winning combination.
You will find low paying symbols and medium to high paying symbols have a colored background. Think of symbols like a gravestone, candles, raven and cross. There are no wild symbols on this slot game. But there are scatters, Dominion scatters and Immortal scatters, that can appear on all reels. There are also special multiplier symbols, explained below.

Features
Tumbles
Winning combinations are removed from the reels and all remaining symbols fall down into the empty spots. New symbols than are added on top, creating another option for another winning combination. This keeps happening until no new winning combination appears.
Multiplier Symbols and Doom Symbols
During base spins special Multiplier Symbols can appear with a random multiplier of between x2 and x100. After all tumbles are done, the values of all Multiplier symbols on screen are added together and will multiply the total win of all tumbles.
There is also a Doom Symbol, only one of these can appear at the same time. When a Doom Symbol is on the reels after all winning tumbles, it will either nullify all Multiplier Symbols or become a Multiplier Symbol itself.

4, 5 or 6 scatter symbols will award 12, 15 and 20 free spins respectively.
Any Multiplier Symbol that is on the reels at the end of tumbles is added to a general multiplier eft of the reels, which will apply to all wins, no matter if new Multiplier are present or not.

All the features will add 5 more free spins for 3 or more scatter symbols during free spins.

Verdict
Death Dominion uses a unique theme but uses some mechanisms we have seen on other popular slots from this provider before.
Just like for instance Gate of Olympus it’s a scatter pays slot with random multiplier and multipliers that will be added together. Also during free spins where there is a general multiplier, is something we’ve seen more.
But what’s pretty cool and I think new, are those Doom Symbols. These can now, of course be a bad thing, when they remove all multipliers. But can also be very cool when they become a multiplier and even add more of them.
Especially during Immortal Dominion Free Spins this can really go off and give big win after big win.
Overall I really like the theme and the slot itself. It’s a cool game with enough features and excitement to keep you playing.
