Tumbling Reels
Helios Triple Sun uses a Tumble feature. When you land a winning combination, all winning symbols disappear and new symbols fall down from above to fill the empty positions.
If the new symbols create another win, they disappear as well and the reels tumble again.
This continues for as long as new winning combinations are created, meaning you can get several wins from a single spin.
Sun Scatters and Free Spins Feature
The main feature of Helios Triple Sun is the three different Sun Scatters.
The Red, Yellow and Blue Sun Scatters can land anywhere on the reels. When they appear, they are collected in the corresponding sun above the reels.
They can randomly trigger the Free Spins feature. Depending on which suns are activated, you can receive one, two or all three modifiers during the bonus.
- The Red Sun adds multiplier symbols to the reels. These multipliers can be worth between 2x and 100x and are applied to the total win of a tumble sequence.
- The Yellow Sun adds an extra row of symbols to reels 2, 3, 4 and 5, giving you more positions where symbols can land.

Sun Scatters can also land during the Free Spins. When collected, they can activate another modifier if it isn’t already active and can also award 3 additional free spins.

Verdict
Helios Triple Sun is another Greek mythology slot from Pragmatic Play that uses the familiar Tumble and multiplier formula.
The base game is pretty standard. The 6×5 grid and Tumble feature make the game move along nicely, but there isn’t really anything too original about the normal spins.
The three Sun Scatters are where the game becomes more interesting. Each one gives a different modifier and having all three active together makes the Free Spins much more exciting.
I particularly like the Blue Sun modifier, since the Total Multiplier keeps increasing with every tumble. Combined with the extra positions from the Yellow Sun and the multipliers from the Red Sun, there is plenty that can happen during a good bonus round.
Overall, Helios Triple Sun is a familiar-looking Pragmatic Play slot with some nice additions to the usual Tumble formula.
It’s not the most original Greek mythology slot we have seen, but the three different Sun modifiers give the Free Spins enough variety to make it enjoyable.
