Big Bass – Floats my Boat – Overview
Pragmatic Play, together with Reel Kingdom, have released another game in their Big Bass series. I’m not sure, but I think we are up to number 6 or 7 now. After games like Big Bass Splash, Big Bass Bonanza – Hold & Spinner and Big Bass Amazon Xtreme.
For this latest version a lot of the classic game has stayed the same. The theme and even a lot of the symbols. But this one does do things a little different, free spins wise.
Big Bass – Floats my Boat uses 5 reels which are each 3 symbols high and comes with 10 paylines.
You will find normal card symbols and all sorts of fishing symbols. There are also, as expected, fish symbols, which can appear stacked on all reels and come with cash values. Wild symbols only appear during the free spins feature. Scatter symbols appear on all reels.
Big Bass – Floats my Boat has a maximum payout of 5.000 times your bet.

Fish
The fish symbols appear in both the main game and during free spins and have a random cash value of between 0,2 and 50 times bet. But can also come with a small floater, with a random multiplier.
During any base spin it’s possible that the fisherman collects all fish on screen. First the fish are multiplied, if they have a multiplier on them. The the total amount of all fish are awarded.
Respin
If you get exactly 2 scatter symbols and scatters can move down a position on a reel without moving off screen, a respin awarded. The reels without scatter symbols will respin to increase the chance to get another scatter symbol and trigger the free spins feature.
Free Spins Feature
3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols will award 10, 15 and 20 free spins respectively.
During free spins you can now also get a Fisherman symbol, which counts as a wild symbol, but also collects all fish symbol on screen, awarding their cash values.
Each spot on the reels comes with a floater with a value of x1. Each time a fish symbol lands on a spot, this multiplier will be increased by x1.
Fisherman are also collected above the reels. Each time you collect 4 of them, you are awarded with 10 more free spins and the multiplier on the spots will increase by x2. Each time you get more free spins, the multiplier will go up by 1 more multiplier at a time.
During free spins several random features can trigger which will award fisherman or fish, when one or the other doesn’t appear.
Buy Bonus
Some casinos will offer the option to buy the free spins feature for 100 times your bet. For 300 times bet you are able to buy Super Free Spins, which only needs 3 fisherman to trigger 10 more free spins instead of the regular 4.
Verdict
Everything players love about these Big Bass slots is still available, which is, of course, the collecting of those fish.
But they now added not a general multiplier, but individual multipliers on each spot on the reels. Which, during free spins, can go up pretty fast. And can award some great wins.
I also like that they added a bonus buy option with Super Free spins.
For the rest, it’s all very similar to all the other slot games in this series.
