3 Clown Monty 2 Overview
Back in 2021 Play’n Go released a game called 3 Clown Monty. For some reason I never reviewed this release, maybe because U hate clowns, I don’t know. But now they have released a sequel, 3 Clown Monty 2.
The theming is pretty much the same. It revolves around 3 different clowns and comes with a circus theme. But now also a big gorilla with a cigar is present. The theming is a bit dark on this game, which seems to be a choice, because it seems these three clowns are up to no good.
You will find 5 reels that are 3 symbols high and comes with 20 lines.
Besides low paying card symbols there are all sorts of circus themed symbols. There are also wild symbols on all reels, which is the smoking gorilla. Lastly we have Free Spin tickets, which are needed to trigger the free spins feature. The game comes with more added bonuses, explained below.
3 Clown Monty 2 comes with a maximum payout of 10.000 times your bet and is a medium to high volatile slot game.
Features
Multiplier Wilds
On top of the reels, you will find a multiplier meter. This can become active during any spin during the base game. When active all wilds will have a multiplier of x2, x3 or x5. When more than one wild symbol appears in a winning combination, the multipliers are added together.
Bonus Prize Pick
On all reels, over the normal symbols, are small letters spelling out B-O-N-U-S. These are present during both the base game and during free spins.
When you are able to spell the word BONUS, you will trigger a bonus. Pick 1 of 3 cups to reveal an instant reward. During the base game this is 2x, 5x or 10x bet, during free spins this is 20x, 100x and 500x bet.
Free Spins Feature
3, 4 or 5 scatter symbols will trigger 5, 8 and 10 free spins respectively.
Before free spins start you get to pick 1 of 3 cards to reveal 1, 2 or 3 walking wilds. The walking wilds will be present on the reels during all free spins on reels 2, 3 and/or 4 only.
During free spins the multiplier meter is always active and will now display multipliers of x2, x3, x5, x10 and x50. The multiplier is also active on the walking wilds and any extra wild symbols appearing during free spins.
You can’t win more free spins during this feature.
Verdict
It seemed that the original game was quite popular, since they have released a sequel.
And to be honest, this new version is a solid title. It comes with several fun bonuses and features which makes the game a lot of fun. But nothing to out there or weird that it turns you off. They are all known features that work.
Like I started, I’m not a fan of clowns, but somehow it didn’t bother me too much on this game. It’s not all sunshine and rainbows, it’s a bit of a gritty theme, which I enjoy when it comes to clowns.
Overall 3 Clown Monty 2 is a solid new Play’n Go title, definitely worth a try.
