Play’n Go released The Sword and the Grail and The Green Knight slot games last year. Both games are very similar.

Now Play’n Go has released Diamonds of the Realm. Which is almost an exact copy of The Sword and the Grail.

I have no idea who was waiting on this release, or what this will add to the other games. But here we are.

Diamonds of the Realm is a 20 line slot games which plays on 5 reels, each 3 symbols high. The theme is King Arthur and symbols consist of classic card symbols and characters from the King Arthur legend.

Wild and scatter symbols appear on all reels.

Random Wild Multiplier

During any normal spin a random wild multiplier might be activated, multiplying any win it appears in with x2, x5, x10 or x100.

Free Spins Feature

Three or more scatter symbols will trigger the free spins feature.

Scatter symbols that trigger the bonus are collected to fill a meter on top.

Free spins start with a x2 wild multiplier. You will start with 5 free spins.

Each time you collect a total of 6 scatter symbols you will reach the next level. Each level will award 5 more free spins and an increased multiplier. From x2, x5, x10 to finally x100.

Current free spins will always finish first before the new level with new multiplier starts.

Like I started this post with, this game is almost exactly the same as The Sword and the Grail.

I really like that game and also really like this game. But the two games are so very similar, even with the theme, I really don’t understand why we need them both.
