Pragmatic Play already has a game called Extra Juicy. This game was released back in 2019 and came with the same symbols as this Megaways version. But is a totally different game. So I’m wondering why they would use the same name for this one. Only because of the same symbols? I don’t know.
The game uses 6 reels which are between 2 and 7 symbols high during each spin. This can give a maximum of 117.649 ways during each spin.
Extra Juicy Megaways also uses collapsing symbols, or cascades in a different way. When you get a winning combination, all symbols on those reels, including the non winning ones, are removed and the whole reel is filled with new symbols. Only scatter symbols remain on a reel.
And this game also pays for any combination of 3 or more of the same symbols from left to right. But it doesn’t matter on what reel you start.
There is no theme, it’s just fruit symbols, bells, sevens and diamonds. By the way, the diamonds are the scatter symbols. The game does not use any wild symbols.
Free Spins Feature
Getting 4, 5 or 6 scatter symbols will trigger 12, 16 and 20 free spins respectively. Each extra scatter triggering the bonus will add 4 more free spins. The game also offers the option to gamble for even more free spins.
During free spins the scatter symbol will now become a multiplier symbol with random multipliers of 3, x4, x5, x6, x8, x10, x12 or x15.
You will play like normal, but at at the end of a spin, including cascades, all multiplier symbols are added up and your win for that spin is multiplied.
You can’t win more free spins during the bonus.

Verdict
Extra Juicy Megaways is a good game. It’s not amazing and I really don’t like that very boring, basic theme. But it is a good game.
I really like the free spins feature where those multipliers come in play. This can really give some nice wins. This feature was already available on other Pragmatic Play games like Gates of Olympus and Buffalo King Megaways.
The maximum win of this game is 5.000 times your bet. Like a lot of Pragmatic Play slots. But for a Megaways slot I really think this is too low.
But again, overall Extra Juicy Megaways is a good game with an interesting bonus.
