I’m not a religious person, but I absolutely love the Book of Revelations. It’s very dark and makes for perfect TV shows, or like Red Tiger Gaming decided, a slot game.
For their latest release they picked the four Horsemen of the Apocalypse as a theme. If you are not familiar, these four horsemen come down to earth to bring, conquest, war, famine and death to earth. Each on their own colored horse. So no wonder this game is very dark and creepy looking.
The game uses 6 reels that are between 2 and 7 symbols high during each spin. This setup can give a maximum of 117.649 Megaways per spin.
Besides low paying suits symbols and a star symbol, you will also find symbols like swords and skulls. Besides that there are Seal symbols, which will trigger a random bonus and also Free Spins symbols. Wild symbols only appear because of features.

Cascading Symbols
Winning combinations are removed from the reels and all symbols fall down. New symbols fall on top and can award another winning combination and the process keeps repeating until no new winning combinations appear.
Seals
Seal symbols can land on reels 2, 3, 4 and 5. When a seal hits it will randomly trigger one of the four horsemen’s feature. The seal itself will become a wild symbol.
More than one seal can land at the same time, in fact four can land at the same time. When more than one seal lands, they always follow an order of features, listed here.
- Conquest – Random wild symbols will be added to the reels
- War – Random number of symbols on the reels are slashed in two. Creating more Megaways. A reel can not have more than 7 symbols and wild and Free Spins symbols aren’t split
- Famine – Two random reels are selected and all symbols on those reels will receive a multiplier. The multiplier is determined by the number of symbols on a reel. Wild and Free Spins symbols won’t get a multiplier.
- Death – Will nudge down 1 or 2 reels from reels 2, 3, 4 and/or 5. The nudges will award wild symbols with a multiplier. The more nudges on a reel, the higher the multipliers will become. No more than 3 nudges can happen on a reel.
Free Spins Feature
Three or more Free Spins symbols will award 8 free spins.
Before free spins start a random Horsemen is selected which will be active during all free spins.
3 scatter symbols during free spins will add 4 more free spins and will add another horsemen feature until the end of the free spins. So it is possible to have all 4 Horsemen active.
Normal seal symbols can also still land and award a random Horsemen feature.
Bonus Buy
Some casinos offer the option to buy a Horsemen Feature for 10 times bet or Free Spins for 90 times bet.
Verdict
I don’t post about Red Tiger Gaming slots a lot, don’t know why, but that’s just how it is.
But I definitely wanted to post about this one. First off, I really like the theme. I think it’s very cool to use this biblical theme for a slot game. And it works amazing with the four different features. Each Horsemen it’s own feature.
And of course then we have that massive maximum win of 100.000 times your bet, which is also amazing.
I really like this game. But I can understand that the dark theme, or even maybe the religious aspect, might put some people off.
