The Wildos 2 – Overview
Thunderkick has released a sequel to a game that was released in 2023 called The Wildos, with the simple name The Wildos 2.
Like the original it again revolves around 3 different bandits robbing banks. Each bandit now coming with their own multiplier wild symbols. Where the first game seemed to be about a bank heist, this second one now sets the bandits on a train.
The Wildos 2 comes with 5 reels that are each 4 symbols high and comes with 20 lines.
You will find low paying suits symbols and medium paying symbols like clocks and top hats and finally as high paying symbols, the three bandits. There are also scatter symbols, which can appear on all reels. These are regular and super scatters. Then there are wild symbols, which only appear on reels 2, 3 and 4 and come with multipliers. Explained below.
The Wildos 2 comes with a bigger maximum payout than the first release, now 10.000 times your bet and is a high volatile slot game.
Features
Multiplier Wilds
Wild symbols only appear on reels 2, 3 and 4 and come with a multiplier. The multipliers are depending on if a wild is bronze, silver or gold. Bronze wilds come with a x1, x2 or x3 multiplier. Silver wilds come with a x5, 6 or x8 multiplier and gold wilds come with a x10, x15 or 25 multiplier.
More than one multiplier in a winning combination will add the multipliers together.
Bounty Poster Feature
If you land a special Wildo Wanted Poster on the reels, the following will occur:
- Green Poster – adds between 1 and 4 random Bronze Wilds to reels 2, 3 and/or 4
- Blue Poster – adds between 1 and 5 Silver Wilds to the reels 2, 3 and/or 4
- Red Poster – adds between 1 and 5 Gold Wilds to the reels 2, 3 and/or 4
Bonus Feature
Get 3 or more scatter symbols to trigger a free spins feature. Before free spins starts, you get to pick your free spins options.
- Bronze Bonus – 12 free spins – only bronze wilds become sticky
- Silver Bonus – 9 free spins – only silver wilds become sticky
- Gold Bonus – 6 free spins – only gold wilds become sticky
- Random Bonus – 6, 9 or 12 free spins with either Bronze, Silver or Gold sticky wilds, or the Super Bonus
During free spins all types of wild symbols can appear, but only the selected ones become sticky.
Bounty Posters can also appear during free spins.
When you fill reel 2, 3 and 4 with wild symbols during free spins, each filled reel will award 4 extra free spins.
Super Bonus Feature
You will trigger the Super Bonus when one of the scatter symbols is the Super Scatter. Or if triggered by the normal bonus. This will award 12 free spins.
During these free spins all types of wild symbols become sticky. So Bronze, Silver and Gold.
Bonus Buy
For 100 times bet, some casinos, will offer the option to buy the Bonus Feature. And for 500 times bet you are able to buy the Super Bonus Feature.
Verdict
The Wierdos 2 is a solid sequel to the original game. It now comes with more paylines, a higher maximum win and higher multipliers on wild symbols. The Bounty Poster feature is also new. And is a very nice addition to this game.
Overall I really like this game. I think it’s a fun theme and I like the features.
I already liked the original, but I’m enjoying this sequel even more.
