Play’n Go released a new online slot games called Pandastic Adventure. And as the title already suggests, the game uses a panda theme. Think Kung-fu Panda part three, the one that is set within those snowy mountains.
The reels are set within a pagode and in the background we see more of those, all covered in snow.
You will find 5 reels that are each 3 symbols high and the game comes with 20 lines.
Besides low paying card symbols, you will also find all sorts of Asian themed weapons and of course a panda. The game also features wild symbols and special bonus or scatter symbols, which can also appear on all reels.

Each wild symbol will increase the jackpot prizes by x8 your bet and are also collected into a meter on top of the reels. If you manage to collect at least 8 during the free spins you will finish the free spins and then trigger the Temple Treasure Bonus.
Temple Treasure Bonus
The bonus starts with 3 respins. During respins only blank spots, Gold Flowers and jackpot symbols appear.
Gold Flowers come with a cash reward of between x2 and x10 times your bet. Jackpot amounts are for the Mini, Minor, Major and Grand, 50x, 100x, 1.000x and 5.000x bet, plus any added rewards due to collecting wilds in the previous bonus.
Each symbol appearing will lock and reset the respins back to 3. The bonus ends when no more respins remain or all spots are filled.
Verdict
I really like the look of this new slot games. It’s very colorful, bright and looks great. And I think the theme is also fun, with the panda.
The game itself isn’t that impressive. Don’t get me wrong, it’s a fine game, but nothing we haven’t seen before many other times.
They combined a normal free spins feature with an extra bonus if you manage to collect enough wild symbols, which seems to be the case almost all the time. And then it turns into a Hold & Spin feature with nothing special or new.
I know a lot of players will enjoy this game and like those types of features. For me they are a bit overdone, especially when nothing is added.
