For a theme they went to, probably Hawaii, because we see a big volcano behind the reels, but also a lot of flowers and some animals. But to be honest, it’s just a very colorful Polynesian looking game.
The game uses 5 reels that are each 3 symbols high and comes with 243 ways instead of paylines.
Besides low paying card symbols you will also find medium and high paying symbols like a dog, flowers and a woman. Then there are also coin symbols, needed to trigger the bonus. All these symbols can appear stacked on all reels. Wild symbols can appear on reels 2, 3 and 4, but not stacked.
Volcano Goddess comes with a very big maximum payout of 20.000 times your bet and is a high volatile slot game.

Whenever a wild symbol lands there is a chance the random bonus game is triggered. You will get 12 picks and as soon as you pick 3 of the same symbols you will win the associated jackpot amount. Jackpot amounts are 100x, 225x, 1.000x and 5.000x total bet.
Free Spins Features
Coin symbols can appear on all reels and come with a cash value of between 0,1 and 1.000 times bet. When 6 or more of these coins appear, you will trigger free spins. You are able to pick between 2 different features.

Verdict
If you have been playing slot game for a while now, you know that games like this already exist. I am not remembering the name right now, but SG Interactive already has a game like this.
It’s pretty much the same game. In fact it’s a hold and spin slot but with some small additions like the green and golden coins, or the free spins where you get the coins win each and every time.
I don’t mind when providers copy other slot games. But I do think the theme should be better than Volcano Goddess. To be honest, I find this game looking very old. It feels like an early Aristocrat game to me, like from 15 years ago.
Overall this is one of those games you either like or not. I know a lot of players still love these Hold & Spin slots and this one does offer some choices. And also comes with a very big maximum win.
