Somehow the rich pigs theme has always been very popular. Of course because people think about a piggy bank. Some great titles using this theme are Piggy Riches and The Great Pigsby Megaways. And now Pragmatic Play added a new slot with this feature called Piggy Bankers.
As I already suggested, the game uses a pair of rich pigs as the main theme. A male and a female pig. The reels are set against a lavish hallway, seen in huge mansions.
The game uses 5 reels that are each 4 symbols high and comes with 20 lines.
Besides low paying card symbols you will also find all sorts of expensive items like a golden piggy bank and cigars. But you will also find the two pigs as wild symbols. All symbols, including the wild symbols, can appear stacked on all reels. The game doesn’t have any bonus symbols or scatter symbols, but does come with an extra row of symbols above the reels, more on that later.

Banknotes Row
Above the reels there is an extra row of symbols which will only show blank spots, banknotes or Free Spins. This row is available during normal spins and during the free spins feature.
Banknotes will have a multiplier of between 0,5 and 100. When a fully wild reel lands below a banknote, the value is awarded.
Wild Repsins Feature
When a fully stacked wild symbol lands it will transform into a wild reel and the Respins Feature is triggered.
You will receive free respins, during each respin the male pig will move one reel to the right and the female pig will more one reel to the left. This keeps continuing until no more wild reel is in the screen. More wild reels might appear at the same time.
If the male pig and female pig happen to meet on the same reel, free spins are triggered. If there happens to be a banknote above the reel where they met, this value is doubled.
Free Spins Feature
The Free Spins Feature is triggered when two pigs meet or when a Free Spins symbol is on the Banknotes Reel and is collected.
You are awarded with 5 free spins. During free spins there is now also a 1.000x banknote on the Banknotes Reel.
Respins also still appear during free spins. Even seem to happen more often. When two pigs meet during free spins, you are awarded with extra free spins. And they still get a x2 multiplier, but they will keep walking after meeting. If they meet another pig, they now get a x3 multiplier, and so on.

Verdict
Piggy Bankers is a pretty cool game.
Of course the theme is nothing new. And also the features have been done before. But how they mixed it all together makes for a very enjoyable game.
The stacked wilds, walking wilds and Banknotes Reel keep the base game interesting. And during free spins the respins seem to happen a lot more, which will prolong the bonus a lot.
